Day 19

Breakfast
  • Apple
  • 50g Soya crisps

Snack 1

  • 2 slices of Peanut Butter toast

Lunch

  • Chicken Wrap
  • Bowen Fruit drink (Mango, strawberry, banana)

Snack 2

  • Big cookie

Dinner

  • Chicken, Bacon, Pineapple wrap.

Exercise

40 sit ups. Rain and TAFE prevented me from walking.

So tired... Goodnight.

    I finally woke up,,, played wow a bit, decided i better eat.

    Beakfast

    2 slices of Toast which i didnt eat.
    (I found some Marmalade in the fridge so i put that on. Bit into the first piece and spat it out cause it was GINGER!!! marmalade.

    Couldnt be bothered to make more toast so I opted for a Cup of Tea instead, put the kettle on.. Boiling was taking to long so I opted for a soft drink,, no soft drink in the fridge.

    So i had a Beer. (dad was so happy)

    Lunch

    There was some smarties lieing next to my screen,, and a half eatin Protien bar.

    Boiled water to make a cup of tea
    forgot i boiled the water cause it took to long and had a glass of milk.

    Dinner.

    A piece of Fish and Chips
    It came with some Sauce so i put that on the fish, unfortunately the sauce was horrible so i had to east 1/3 fish and some chips.

    Im guessing i walked up and down the stairs 4 times during the day.
